Composer/ Sound Designer/ Arranger (f/m/d) for entertainment live shows

Reset Production is hiring a highly professional composer/ sound designer/ arranger for music tracks on a freelance base for our brand new over the edge entertainment live shows.

As a composer/ sound designer/ arranger for music tracks you will get the opportunity to create music for international live tours in the German speaking countries for several thousands of spectators.

The Position

As an composer/ sound designer/ arranger, you will be responsible for designing, developing, arranging (and maintaining if needed) the playback-, backing- and/ or click-tracks to several of our brand new live musical shows and concerts.

You will work closely with our artistic teams for each show to deliver the orchestrated tracks based on previously specified existing music and songs from the genres of musical, pop, rock, schlager etc.

Each of our shows consists of two acts of which contains about 55 minutes of music.

Responsibilities

• Support developing, contribute, delivery of playback-, backing- and/ or click-tracks

• Having own music programming software and instrumental libraries

• Compose and develop musical transitions (e.g. in medleys)

• Working independently on given tasks

• to raise the overall quality and performance of our live shows

• Continue to innovate, optimize and maintain the musical part of our shows

• Maintain and find areas for improvements of how we work with music and tracks during the developing and producing process.

Required Qualifications

• Highly professional with experience in creating musical tracks for professional live on stage performances

• Own working place/ studio

• Experience in live sound-/ backing-track development and composing

• A strong passion for sound and live shows

• Teamplayer

• Being able to send invoices

Bonus skills

• Contacts to live musicians and possibilities to record live instruments in your own space (if required)

The location

You will not need to travel or be resident at our head quarter in Germany but you can work from your own studio/ working place at home, anywhere in the world.

Because we have several years of experience in digital live conference most meetings will be held via Zoom, Teams, etc.
